What is Guardium?
IBM Security Guardium is a data security platform that protects sensitive and regulated data across multiple cloud environments while managing compliance obligations, discovering where sensitive data lives, encrypting and monitoring what’s important, and reducing your risk while responding to threats.
Why Should You Use the Guardium Connector?
The Guardium connector provides visibility into assets that store data in your environment. You can use this visibility to:
ensure data is managed per your security policies
ensure assets are managed per your security policies
ingest relationships between assets and data
How Does This Connector Work?
Lucidum executes read-only requests to the Guardium REST API and ingests only meta-data about Guardium devices. Lucidum does not retrieve any data stored on your assets.
