Datto RMM

CyberCNS Datto Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) is a secure cloud-based RMM platform. Managed service providers can remotely secure, monitor, and manage endpoints with Datto RMM to reduce costs and improve service delivery.

Configuring the Connector for Datto RMM

To configure Lucidum to ingest data from Datto RMM:

1. Log in to Lucidum.

2. In the left pane, click Connector.

3. In the Connector page, click Add Connector.

4. Scroll until you find the Connector you want to configure. Click Connect. The Settings page appears.

5. In the Settings page, enter the following:

   • URL (required): The URL of the Datto RMM API

   • API Key and API Secret (required) - The Datto RMM API key and secret. Use the authentication token you have generated for a user that has site viewer access to Datto RMM. For more details, see https://help.aem.autotask.net/en/Content/2SETUP/APIv2.htm .

   • Verify SSL. For future use.

6. To test the configuration, click Test.

   • If the connector is configured correctly, Lucidum displays a list of services that are accessible with the connector.

   • If the connector is not configured correctly, Lucidum displays an error message.
