F-Secure Protection Service for Business

F-Secure Protection Service for Business (PSB) provides endpoint security, patch management, and VPN for workstations, servers, and mobile devices. F-Secure Protection Service for Business supports Windows, macOS, Linux, Android and iOS. 

Configuring the Connector for F-Secure Protection Service for Business

To configure Lucidum to ingest data from F-Secure Protection Service for Business:

1. Log in to Lucidum.

2. In the left pane, click Connector.

3. In the Connector page, click Add Connector.

4. Scroll until you find the Connector you want to configure. Click Connect. The Settings page appears.

5. In the Settings page, enter the following:

   • URL (required): The URL of the PSB API, for example, https://us2.psb.fsapi.com

   • Company ID (required): The company ID

   • Username and Password (required): PSB username and password. The user must be an administrator that has permission to fetch assets.

     • PSB uses a role-based authorization strategy, where full access to the Management API requires the "securityAndSubscriptionManagementRights" role.

     • Administrators should get access to the companies to which they are assigned.

   • Verify SSL. For future use.

6. To test the configuration, click Test.

   • If the connector is configured correctly, Lucidum displays a list of services that are accessible with the connector.

   • If the connector is not configured correctly, Lucidum displays an error message.
