Ivanti Unified Endpoint Manager

Ivanti Unified Endpoint Manager (formerly Landesk) helps IT administrators gather detailed device data (mainly for Windows desktops and servers), automate software and OS deployments, personalize workspace environments, and fix user issues. Ivanti EPM data is stored in its backend SQL database (e.g., SQLExpress or Microsoft SQL Server). For example, below is the inventory management console in Ivanti EPM:

Configuring the Connector for Ivanti

To configure Lucidum to ingest data from Ivanti:

  1. Log in to Lucidum.

  2. In the left pane, click Connector.

  3. In the Connector page, click Add Connector.

    • Proxy. Enter the IP address: port for the proxy server.

    • Verify SSL. For future use.

  6. To test the configuration, click Test.

    • If the connector is configured correctly, Lucidum displays a list of services that are accessible with the connector.

    • If the connector is not configured correctly, Lucidum displays an error message.
