McAfee ePolicy Orchestrator (ePO) is a security management platform that provides real-time monitoring of security solutions. McAfee ePO provides flexible, automated management capabilities to identify, manage, and respond to security issues and threats.
Configuring the Connector for McAfee ePolicy Orchestrator
To configure Lucidum to ingest data from McAfee ePolicy Orchestrator:
Log in to Lucidum.
In the left pane, click Connector.
In the Connector page, click Add Connector.
Scroll until you find the Connector you want to configure. Click Connect. The Settings page appears.
In the Settings page, enter the following:
Host (required) - The hostname or IP address of the McAfee ePolicy Orchestrator (ePO) server. For example, https://10.4.1.11:8443
Port (optional) - Use TCP port 8443 by default.
Username and Password (required) - The credentials for a user account that has the read permission to fetch McAfee EPO assets.
Password (required) - The credentials for a user account that has the read permission to fetch McAfee EPO assets.
Verify SSL. For future use.
To test the configuration, click Test.
If the connector is configured correctly, Lucidum displays a list of services that are accessible with the connector.
If the connector is not configured correctly, Lucidum displays an error message.
