Nasuni

Nasuni is a cloud-based, file service platform that leverages object storage to deliver a simpler, lower cost, and more efficient solution that scales as needed. Nasuni also provides backups and disaster recovery.

Configuring the Connector for Nasuni

To configure Lucidum to ingest data from Nasuni:

1. Log in to Lucidum.

2. In the left pane, click Connector.

3. In the Connector page, click Add Connector.

4. Scroll until you find the Connector you want to configure. Click Connect. The Settings page appears.

5. In the Settings page, enter the following:

   • URL (required): The URL of the Nasuni API

   • Username and Password (required): Nasuni username and password. Before any calls to NMC API can be made, the 'Enable NMC API Access' permission must be set within the Nasuni Management Console on the user, see http://docs.api.nasuni.com/nmc/api/1.1.0/#authentication for more details.

   • Verify SSL. For future use.

6. To test the configuration, click Test.

   • If the connector is configured correctly, Lucidum displays a list of services that are accessible with the connector.

   • If the connector is not configured correctly, Lucidum displays an error message.
