TOPdesk Enterprise Service Management (ESM)

TOPdesk Enterprise Service Management (ESM) is a self-service portal that manages request to IT, Facilities, and HR from a single platform. TOPdesk includes automated ticketing and lets you easily assign and share calls, tickets, and projects.

Parameters

  • URL (required): The URL of the TOPdesk Enterprise Service Management API

  • Username and Password (required): TOPdesk Enterprise Service Management username and password. The username can be the application name. Application Name is recommended. Refer to TOPdesk API tutorial to learn how to create an application and password.

  • Verify SSL (optional, default is false): Verify the SSL certificate or not
